LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this? There is Wojciech person, who has a brain, body, memories, and experiences. Wojciech would persist when any of these elements would be taken away. So the self is not in any of them. However, it's somehow emerging as a combination. Here the claim is that even this emergence is an illusion.

What are you looking for at LU? I would like to see no-self for myself. Why not? This is a more interesting hobby than sailing.

I had experiences of ego death from psychedelics so I expect no-self to be related. It's a beautiful realization. I wish to see it everyday.

What do you expect from a guided conversation? I strongly believe in the power of discussing issues with others, and I will be able to progress way faster by having someone point me where to look.

I am more likely to stay engaged by having a guide.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry? multiple meditation retreats, read many spiritual books, did lucid dreaming as a kid, a lot of experience with psychedelics

Real things can be perceived by external or internal senses. Sensations can be felt, objects can be seen. Thoughts can be heard.

Where does self belong? Can I feel it? Is it a thought?

ooo, I understand, all this spiritual stuff...Don't worry. look around - we are looking that whole this miracle happens by itself. There is no self who lives life. No one in the body or the head. Life is happening as you through you - this is total freedom from responsibility, guilt and shame and pure enjoying what life brings, how does this sound?

Here it is what to look:
What are you do precisely to think? is there a centre which produces thoughts or they are coming by themselves effortlessly?
Who moves the body? Is there human/centre in the human who makes effort to move the body or everything is happening by itself?
