Good. It is a relief, isn't it?

Would you like to attempt our traditional "final" questions?

Once you have seen no self, there's a set of questions we ask to be sure we didn't miss anything. If so. I guide on anything that's unclear. The answers are shared with other guides, who may have questions.

Much love

That we should do, thank you!
"I" do.not feel like I have accomplished anything, or that anything has changed in a major way. I am not even sure if the expectation is still there.

We are going for complete certainty that there is no self.

Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

No separate entity, just recurring thought stream about an I/me story. It seems to be supported by a great energy that keeps it going / recurring. It is almost never questioned, until it is.

Okay. Let's put it all together:

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?

5) Describe decision & give examples from experience.

Describe intention & give examples from experience.

Describe free will & give examples from experience.

Describe choice & give examples from experience.

Describe control & give examples from experience.

What makes things happen? How does it work?

What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.

6) Anything to add?

1. Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
2. Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now

In what appear to exist, there is no separate anything at all, not only a self or a me, but no separate “things”, or "parts". There are, however, thoughts/ideas/names about this what we call appearance, thoughts about separation, abundant projections / imagination at work, and while they seem to have nothing to do with what appears, they aren't separate from the experience either. But even the words “existence / appearance” are merely pointers, so what do we really know?
And what do we really need to know?

The habitual thought of I/me seems to be embraced as central truth / platform in the mind, from which life becomes navigable via the body. But this is in hindsight. It is actually difficult to even explain the “me”, because it refers to something that does not appear /exists, and we have to pull up thoughts and memories to talk about the me..... however, even the thoughts about a me appear spontaneously, just as these very words, and we do not know what thoughts are, how they appear, how they are believed, we actually don’t even know what “reality” is, which means that we do not actually know anything at all... but we think we do know, while there isn't even a "we"
All that seem to happen is that these very thoughts appear, hands are typing etc… which creates a story about something happening, while creating the very word "happening".... And it all seems like cotton candy coming into being.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days

In this moment I no longer feel that a “story” appearing is somehow wrong, or that the “I” appearing is wrong. In fact, I never really felt that the appearance of “me” was wrong (somehow it was felt that it has its own right to “be”), it is just that down the spirituality road the mind got twisted about the “me” as if it was something wrong with it.
"Before a started this dialogue..." was/is a dream. "Now" the dream continues, although it seems to be embraced, motherly.
The spontaneity of what is happening started to be noticed more, versus the "story" of anything (for that matter) repeating itself on and on.
In hindsight, there isn't really any difference between any moment or idea that appeared, and no one would cry if an "I" is gone or not (ie - seen as an idea). That is to say that there is a difference and there isn't.
What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
There is a story about the last bit, but it is so not true….. and I don’t feel like talking about it, or trying to re-create it

5) Describe decision & give examples from experience.
A decision appears on its own, no one makes it. It is what we call a “thought”. Or a bunch of thoughts can appear in the decision "making"...
Sometimes it can be fun waiting for a decision to "appear", especially when there is no "pressure"... but it may also feel as birthing labor / delivery... aaauch!!
6) Describe intention & give examples from experience
Intention, here, is felt as an energy that starts to rise / bubble up, coupled with a thought / mental image (desire) which can turn into what we call action (or not). The thought may actually come first, or at the same time. I'm not sure
7) Describe free will & give examples from experience.
Yeah, a free will is really free! All thoughts are.
Not "my" will, not anyone's. Even though it may feel like :)
8) Describe choice & give examples from experience.
I see "Choice" as another name for "will", and it is also free.

9) Describe control & give examples from experience.
Control is another thought/concept, combo-ed with a feeling (or not)
10) What makes things happen? How does it work?
No one knows how anything works. Things / events do not seem to happen (as a result of a process), but rather appear. Every "step" of the way seems to appear. Then, we call it "it happened": me, the rain, the sunrise alike.
Seamless appearance, uncontrolled.
11) What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
"I" feel responsibility aka there is the feeling and form of "responsibility" arising when it does.
Beyond all words, there is life living and unfolding just as it does.
12) Anything to add?
Not at this time....... :)
Thank you!!
