Hi J. i had hoped that i would see you at the zoom meetup (now hoping for the next one) and a little disappointed that you weren't there.
You recognize many of the delusions, but are still locked into the story that what you feel means that there is an actual, inherently separate self running the show.
Seeing through this one will unlock more of them, but I am at a loss as to how to help you with this last step. At the zoom meetups I have the resources of others that have recently been where you are now. So please come to the next one.
Whatever you do, don't give up.
Persistence is a necessary condition.

Wait, what Zoom meeting did I miss? I don't recall being invited to one. Do you mean the monthly
meetings run by LI? Or one of yours? Please tell me again what the details are and I will be there.

I suppose in some ways I'm not very proactive with these things because at some level I don't REALLY believe I
will ever see that the Self is not real. So I have to work hard to counteract that belief.
