Yes 100%
Believing a thought. When I was a little girl I believed a thought and it became stronger and stronger as years went by, it was newer questioned. It became like solid true and affected all my relationships and all my life up to this day. This was seen so clearly and there was a flow of tears running down my cheeks, without any suffering. There only was lightness and freedom. And this seeing is permanent.
The same has happened believing the label (bad pain) in the body. The intense sensation in the body became
" MY SOLID BAD PAIN" for many years, which I can see now that is not TRUE. It is what it is : a sensation. A less intense sensation, without a contraction which follows believing a thought that it is happening to someone and without the label BAD.

What we usually do at this stage is to ask some checking questions to see if everything is clear and no stone left unturned.

Was there ever?

2) Share in your own words what the illusion of separate self is and how it shows up in experience. Also, through your inquiry, what is different now?

3) How does it feel to see this?
What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over; made you look?

5) a) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control. What makes things happen? How does it work?
Give examples from your own recent experiences to how things happen and how things work.

b) What are you responsible for? Give examples from your own recent experiences to how this works.

Was there ever?

No there is not in any shape or form an never has been. I have looked it has no place in this so called body.

"Self" "I" "me". It was a believe that felt true because We used these words all the time ," I dit this, I am this,- and that I own, I feel, I am sad, I am glad, and so forth. MY name, my house my kids. My self, self support, self help. No wonder it came such a a strong believe that we never questioned it. These are just words for communicating. They are not and have never stood for anything real. those words are only letters. While writing this down it becomes even clearer. This believe has big impact on our life It is like something holding you bak. Defensive function. There is always having concerns about outcomes. Newer good enough. Defending your "self". and others. Agresiwenes and irritation, Comparising and jealousy. Righteous, Responsible for life. Wow!So much heaviness! There is a lot to look at and it has started...and "I" Iook forward to do it with this new seeing.
Through my inquiry it was like battle sometimes to me it was an effort, sometimes it was like something wanted to run away. But there was so much excitement and willingness and I ran to the computer early in the mornigs like I was expecting a love letter.
Which it was in a way :)
There is much more quiet in my mind, that is a big difference, and the pain in the back of the neck has not been felt for some days. Those wonderful feelings I find it increasing.

It is like there has been lifted a lot of weight of my bak, and a dark cloud disappeared from my mind. Everything seems more beautiful and peaceful, more lightness and space.And I feel love, and being contente. Wov!

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over; made you look?

The PAIN! And looking at the sensations in the body that had never been noticed before, not like this seeing what the body is. It is whole lot of sensations! Maybe hundreds I don´t know. And looking for the owner. That was it. Blessed "pain" :)

a) It looks like decisions are made, but there is only one thing leading to another. It is the sam with choice it is also made by no one. And there is no controller. What a freedom.
It is a seamless movement in this world. One thing leads to another. Waking up, hunger rises, eat, going to work, notice something on the floor, pic it up, while picking it up your trousers tear apart, you have to go home an find another trousers this affects others at your work and makes all kind of movements, and for others and so forth. This was nobody's decision, intention, free will, choice ore control.
b) I'm not responsible, I can not think of anything, my mind goes blank. How can a cluster of sensations be responsible?
