Let us do this
Re: Let us do this
Well that is nothing - no thing/emptiness arising and seeming to pay attentionto thoughts. That - is freedom paying attention to thoughts and emotions.
Re: Let us do this
It is boundless, unnamable, unknowable, - it is everything and nothing including thoughts and emotions and absolutely everything else. There is nothing it is not. Including any thought or any emotion.
Re: Let us do this

Don't think I know what you mean Merlin. Can you enlighten? Excuse the pun. Lol.
Re: Let us do this
Your picture next to your name, it was a seed now its a sprout, the folks over at the facebook group confirmed that you have seen the truth of your being. I have a tree because I went threw the same procedure being asked too look into my reality and when I had finaly found and accepted the truth I was then allowed to guide others into seeing it for themselves after being taught how to show them. So if you wish when they give you the ok to be in the group which is most likely in the works now, youll be able to guide people under someone thats done it before or just recieve more help in the groups if you want it. But ether way its nice to talk to people who have been through this experience. Id warn against teaching it to soon because its more helpful to others when you really got your teeth into the new way at looking at life,

Re: Let us do this
Ah Merlin that is so cool. From the moment we started talking to each other your understated, uncomplicated questioning encouraged me to communicate in a simple and straightforward way. I want to thank you so much for that. Who knows what will happen next - for now - this (Siobhan) appreciates and is so grateful to that (Merlin)

Re: Let us do this
I think I read one Eckhart Tolle book and agreed, it certainly was a new paradigm of how to see things. He wrote about now. No time is such a pleasure - such a relaxed feeling not to have to get things done in a certain order by a certain time. Including hearing about facebook it seems. It's so funny that these things get done anyway despite the one who thinks is doing any of it.
Re: Let us do this
Usaully they are on top of these things lol the sickness going around is probably whats keeping them. Are heavey emotions coming up at all like painfull memories?

Re: Let us do this
Hmmmmmm, that's an interesting question. What is noticed for sure is a sensation which is being named resentment and has a whole little story attached to it whirring away in the background. As you ask the question and I am writing this reply it is seen that yes resentment (or a sensarion I'm naming resentment) is happening. There's a resistence to feeling open to resentment as I would feel open to the feeling of curiosity for example. It's felt quite entrenched in the body currently, you could say solidly. At the same time it is seen (or hoped) that this will change.
There has been heavy energy physically due to recovery from surgery and waiting follow on treatment. Also surprisingly (lol) the Irish weather has been extremely wet for this time of year so I haven't been getting out for a walk every day. But heavy emotions - not really - apart from good old resentment which has settled in it seems, like the bad weather. LOL

Re: Let us do this
From that place you find yourself keep feeling what comes no matter what, its never the thoughts that need to change, they will change when the emotion behind it stops driving them. Im feeling my own resentments and sadnesses and its all layers of emotions bottled up from when we were not dealing with our life in a conscience way. Have you felt something all the way and it disapated before? That freedom should be taught everywhere all the time.

Re: Let us do this
Yes Merlin I have felt emotion disipate - most recently fear and anxiety. It's not to say they don't come back but allowing a feeling seems to also allow it to move on or change into some other feeling [Layers I suppose] and eventually there is nothing behind the feelings. I am glad you have reminded me of this - I am curious to see what happens when I next have an opportunity to sit quietly and allow resentment fully. I say 3 cheers for resentment. Good old resentment. Stay and have a cup of tea and a chat. Let's see what happens!!!!
Thank you Merlin C - isn't it fantastic how everything is always moving, changing, never the same, always new. In nothing.
