I took a walk before I finished this up. Since there's no separation, it means everything is connected right? I was walking, looking at the buildings, trees, and realized everything's linked together. I know it's not much of a realization but never really felt it before. It was pretty scary, like the sensation echoed how it felt the first week I started the process - a sense of a grand expanse.

One could say that everything is connected but it is only half the truth.
See, if everything is connected wouldn't it mean that there are different items which are connected. Are there different items or is there just a seamingless whole?

It was raining too - I don't feel my face but I only feel sensations on it - itches, the raindrops.

Yeah, 100% sure. Just like I wrote before, I guess it was a bit anti-climactic haha. I was talking to my friend about how I accept that there's no one inside my head making choices or saying words, it's just happening. Honestly, the past few days have had this dream-like quality to it, like just looking at things, there's significance there.

Just wanted to apologize for going awol, I should probably tell you if I need to take time to let things settle for a bit.

Yes, it was weirdly normal for a while but sometimes the present moment holds me still. Not as sudden or as terrifying as before but more of a beautiful, calming picture, feels nice and warm even when it's cold out.

I don't really know how to explain it. It's probably because I've been getting very vivid dreams the past week that seem like they actually happened whenever I wake up and it takes me a while to realize it was just a dream.

Still going to try: like I watch Arthur's hands do things, or observing the way things happen in the present, it's very dream-like in the way that in dreams, things happen just because they do. Like in dreams, there are still thoughts that try to make sense of it, but they really they just happen without any reason in reality. It's way easier to detach from thoughts in dreams and see them as just thoughts, just stories being written as life happens.

Giving time for settling is a good thing to do.
Do as it looks we are done with what we set out here, seeing that the self/Arthur isn't exactly what was thought.
No worries there are possibilities to work on. :-)
