In addition....I can also say that there no longer feels to be a center here. There is just a sense of a space with phenomena occurring in that which are not me. I am also not the space. There seems to be nothing personal in any of it.

Thank you Vivien for all your guidance! It’s soooo....not what I thought it would be. I would like to keep in touch here on this forum maybe from time to time if that’s ok. I’ve never been a Facebooker but I appreciate the fact that there are other people out there interested in this sort of thing.
