I have been providing free “Spiritual Counseling and Enlightenment Support” through my website: www.EverythingIsSacredYouMakeaDifference.com for eight years. On it I have a one page exercise/description that matches your method and description of no self. It is on the website under “Virus to the thinking mind”. I have also published a book titled, “Open Consciousness “ which is a detailed journal of my journey.

I wonder if I can be of service to your organization and a few of those seeking enlightenment. I wanted to experience your “Direct Looking” process for myself. I meant no deception as I fully engaged and surrender Ed my consciousness to you.

If you feel I have “missed the point” I need to know.

Don’t we all already know? Isn’t that which moves the seeker? There is Truth in what you say. I must say that the exercises altered my consciousness and affirm to me that they are effective.

Yes please present the final questions. I will do my best not to mimic others peoples answers and truly be authentic.

I love to read not just the works of the greatest teachers, I’m looking for the journals and biographies. Let me see from the inside! J Krishnamurti for example, lied in a bed in a dark room for months on end in great pain while others took care of his bodily needs. The energy he was open to reworked his nervous system! He communed with angelic astral beings. He nevered waivered though from his teaching that subject and object are one. Just like Liberation Unleashed”

I wanted to leave bread crumbs so I started at 17. What is said in a regular book is nothing like a journal. It’s messy and human.

No. Only in a moment of contraction from the infinite field of relations of all that is seen; physical, mental and astral. Even in that moment of contraction a separate self is only implied and/or imagined and has no Truth.

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.

Separateness begins with the development of a mental self image, identifications, attachments, beliefs and opinions; all of which are endlessly projected into a limited sense of self, story of a me and an entire world that seems real. Life consists then of filtering out all evidence that would prove this self and world false. It self perpetuates it’s own illusion moment to moment preventing any contact with what is and the natural flow of existence.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue?

It is a liberation of the senses and mind. Observing with the mind is negated and the world is seen as new. The revelation of what is becomes possible. Instead of separate objects being labeled and “known” through memory, a unified field of radiant energy is felt and observed but not contained or “grasped”.

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over; made you look?

The repetitive exercises that kept pointing to the illusionary mental fabrications over and over reached a tipping point. Each time the ego self was being dropped faster and faster until I could no longer pretend to be a self looking for no self.

How does it work? What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.

Like anyone else, I would like to believe there is an I or me in control. I do something and then I claim ownership. But what is the Truth? The body and mind are playing out actions spontaneously of their own. There is a kind of auto pilot going on.

Cause for an action can never be traced back to one source. Everything happens within a field of infinite relations. There is no this causing a that. It might be more accurate to say everything is causing everything. It is one flow.

6) Anything to add?

This is the moment of Truth. And that never changes. There is no future time when there will be greater access. The only place and time to See is here and now. Just look. Seeking is believing in a fabricated me/here and an imagined future me. Seeing the illusion begins the journey of I am.
