Keep an eye out for an email notification notifying you of a PM (private message) from the forum inviting you to join LU's aftercare groups on Facebook and details other resources available to you. If you don't receive an email notification, you can access your PM's from the forum once you have logged in. What also happens is that your username, on the forum, will change from green to blue which indicates that you have had the realisation of there being no separate self.

You can contact me at any time if you have any questions etc, via the forums PM system, or via Facebook if you decide to join our groups there.

Hi Kay,

I can not find words for my gratitude to you. It was not only the written guidance which helped me, I was feeling some kind of current coming from you. Something deep and very positive, which was helping me to stay focused.
I am sure that LU is just a seed, which in the future will become a common practice in the educational system of the world.
