LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
I absolutely know that there is no real, inherent "self". Everything is in unity (one).

What are you looking for at LU?
I'm looking for a real awakening, not only states. I want to be very stable and do not back to the imagine self.
I wish to have a possibility to help other beings to awaken. And all this to be real for all.

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
To help me to see the reality, to see what realy is. To help me to remove the obsticals during the guiding. And to show me the miskakes, I made. I will be responsibile and with an open heart. I'm ready. Please, guide me.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I meditate each mornig and evening. I also follow vajrayana budist teaching.

Here are some arrangements we make to work together:

It is vital that you really do each “experiment” I provide, answer each question and look at your direct experience — in the present moment — instead of relying on analytical thought or memory.

During this guiding, please avoid any other teachings, spiritual books, writings, YouTube videos or talks. If you have a meditation practice, feel free to continue with it as usual. It is best to avoid analyzing, speculation and debate. The mind will try to create distraction.

Please make an effort to write here every day or at least every second. This works best if we keep a constant focus on looking. If you are unable to do this on occasion, or you need more time for looking just let me know. I'll do the same for you.

The purpose of these expectation-questions, were for you and I to become aware of any expectations you may have of what having the realisation may look like or feel like. Expectations have a habit of getting in the way of the exploration and blind siding the fact that the realisation has happened. There is nothing to be done with expectations other than to be aware of them and any others that appear as we move through this exploration. Also be aware that when desired expectations are not met, fear, anger, resistance, resentment, frustration can arise. Let me know if and when this happens so we can look at them together.
