Hi Jadzia,
Oh - that's sad that it is the last question!
It feels like we have been on a long journey. I don't have anything to add except to say that I have really enjoyed the whole experience, even when things got quite tough or I got stuck.
Big, big thanks to you Jadzia for the whole thing and particularly for taking the time quite recently to look at the 'anxiety' issues that I was experiencing. That was amazing and very kind of you.
I feel comfortable that there is no self. I think you said that it feels like 'coming home' and this has started to happen for me.
I want to let things settle now in the sense of being able to enjoy it and live with it. I keep getting glimpses of things - we live in a very beautiful area - and I just see a horizon or something else and the tears of joy come.
I can't thank you enough Jadzia.
I will make a book of all of our posts and consult it along the way.

I have received a pm from Kay in admin regarding aftercare. Is that the pm you are referring to?
I guess me going blue means archived? Is access to the posts in the archive straightforward? Just as I see them now on the screen?
