Because theyve been shown to fire off in the brain by science .. just as the amygdala has been shown to store memory and is responsible for anxiety disorders. Im getting confused with all of this :( I do appreciate you taking your time to help though. It means that its proven by science.. just as gravity holds us down. we know this to be true because its been proven.

Please observe the thoughts that come up. Are they electrical impulses?
There are things happening.. the television is on and the thoughts are about the football coming up :) I dont perceive the electrical impules.
