Was the time really wasted?

Could anything have gone any differently?

Tell me a little during the next days.
What changes?
What stays the same?
First there is a mountain,
Then there is no mountain,
Then there is.

There is no time to waist really, only a thought that something is gone wrong. Without that thought everything is okay like it is.

One thing has changed, I feel less fearful when I have to face uncomfortable things. I'm more willing to take everything as it comes. More willing to look what beliefs I have, how I react.

There is something that stays the same, something that has always been "in me", on the background just looking..

What beliefs have surfaced?

"What beliefs have surfaced?"

For example: I have to control life and other people to feel safe, I have to plan because without planning I can't achieve things (success, money) and I end up to live under the bridge, I am alone, I have to protect myself..

Which is a pretty common belief, yes.

What can be seen when looking at things as they are!

I have to control life
Is life controlled by anything or anyone?
Is life controlled by "I"?

I am alone
Can "I" ever be alone?
Can no one be alone?
First there is a mountain,
Then there is no mountain,
Then there is.

No, life can't be controlled. It is just a illusion that "I" could controll life.

"I am alone"
Can "I" ever be alone?
Can no one be alone?

No, its also an illusion. A thought.

I've noticed some kind on addiction to thinking different scenarios and analysing.. So used to it.

"Addiction" sounds quite negative.
Are thoughts about "different scenarios" and thoughts about "analysing" considered "bad" thoughts?
Are there "good" thoughts and "bad" thoughts?

If so, please look directly at them and tell me:
What makes a good thought a good thought?
What makes a bad thought a bad thought?

Moreover:

What is addicted to these thought patterns?
First there is a mountain,
Then there is no mountain,
Then there is.

Good and bad thought comes from feelings thoughts seems to cause. Bad thought makes perception more narrow and I feel stuck and good thought inspires, feels good and flowing. So only a thoughts not real things.

What is addicted.. Nothing. No body. Mind. Thinker. Can't find anything specific..

What is addicted to these thought patterns?
What is addicted.. Nothing. No body. Mind. Thinker. Can't find anything specific..
When nothing is addicted, can there be addiction?
Is there addiction to thought stories? Or is also the addiction itself just a thought story?

Good and bad thought comes from feelings thoughts seems to cause. Bad thought makes perception more narrow and I feel stuck and good thought inspires, feels good and flowing.
So there are a couple of nice terms.
Feelings, Perception, Inspiration and so on.
These terms are perfectly fine in everyday language. But when it comes to looking at things as they are...
What is perception?
What is inspiration?
What are feelings!?

When you STOP. And only LOOK at what is HERE NOW. Not listening to the content of thought babbling.
Can you find something else in direct experience than
seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, (tactile) sensation and observed thought?

Is there more to experience?
Can the entirety of experience be described with the above terms, or is there "more" to it or something "beyond"?
If you can find anything else, please tell me what it is and how it is experienced exactly.
First there is a mountain,
Then there is no mountain,
Then there is.

No, but I find some kind of attachment to concepts like body, story etc. That I call addiction. Addicted to be a person. Nut really, if there is no me and no one that's also just a concept.

Is there addiction to thought stories? Or is also the addiction itself just a thought story?
Just a thought, a story, a concept.

Labels.

Yes, there is something beyond feelings, thoughts, body... Something that is free, without labels and borders. Like a sky, clear and open space. It's everywhere. Everything that happens can't touch it. It's empty but full at the same time. And when I "identify with it" I feel fulfillment. I don't need to think "apart from it" If I "lean" to it, everything flows, everything just happens.

I find some kind of attachment to concepts like body, story etc
Now look also at that, what is apparently attached to the body and the story.
What is it?
A thought?
Can a thought be attached?
What is attached?

Addicted to be a person
How do you know what it feels like to be a person?

And when I "identify with it" I feel fulfillment
Is that some "thing" with which one can identify?
Or is "It" simply that what remains here, when ALL identification is gone?
First there is a mountain,
Then there is no mountain,
Then there is.

Hi there!

I haven't heard from you for a while.
Is everything alright?

If you need clarification for any of the questions, just ask!
First there is a mountain,
Then there is no mountain,
Then there is.

Nothing can't be attached. It's only a though. Though of separation..misinterpretation.

"Addicted to be a person"
How do you know what it feels like to be a person?

That's only a story. I can't find a person. Only thought, concepts.

[b"]And when I "identify with it" I feel fulfillment"
Is that some "thing" with which one can identify?
Or is "It" simply that what remains here, when ALL identification is gone?[/b]

Yes, it's something that remains, always.
