I do like hard questions! :)
And I don't mind delays. It allows more contemplation regarding our discussion, so no problem!
I want to mention about my answer to a child about "little me" and "I". I wrote
I have experienced everything as "I". I realized I can't quite say that currently. Currently, I don't see my coffee cup as my own self, but I could say "I" is awareness of all things. I mean "I" is aware of my body, coffee cup and computer all the same."I" is all things including the idea of the "little me".
The other day at work and home, I practiced holding strong to "I". I noticed detachment (kind of like unable to be affected feeling), yet readiness and involvement with the current situation being presented. A sort of effortless, peaceful love radiating with who and whatever was happening next. I almost sense why it could be called "true nature" or "natural state" because of the ease and tranquility. I'm guessing the peace is because my mind is with "I"...not with stories about a person or scenarios about a situation. I'm going to try again today.
I
