Hi Kevin,
I paid attention to my conversations with my wife, at home and friends at work. What i found was that the dialogues just follow naturally from each other. No need to manipulate or get emotionally stuck in them. Realizing that there is no 'I', I noticed a natural flow to my interactions. And you know what? There is a deeper ability to be present and listen well during conversations, which I find nice. Oh, and thanks again for all the coaching help with me while things jell for me.
