The feeling of "i' is that which separates the experience as 'I' am here inside and everything is 'out' there outside.
The feeling of a separate entity called 'Jane' that resides in the head seeing out through the eyes an outside world--is only a thought, a construct. Is this seen clearly?
Yes, It's only feeling and thoughts coming and going.
In direct experience,
Is there a seer (Jane) and the seen (objects)?
Is there a hearer (Jane) and the heard (sound)?
Is there a taster (Jane) and the taste (any taste)?
Is there a toucher (Jane) and the touched (any sensation)?
Is there a thinker (Jane) and the thought?
In a nutshell, is there an 'experiencer' that 'experiences' stuff (taste, smell, thoughts, sensations)?
There is no experiencer that experiences stuff only experiences happening as life is happening.
Seeing happens, hearing happens, tasting happens, touching happens, thinking happens and it no longer happens to anyone, it just is "happening". There is "no one" it's happening to, now that the attachement to the story is gone.
