How do you see a self being created? Can you give any examples observed in your own experience?
When looking for an experience of self being created, what I find is thoughts and emotional responses and not any experience of self nor the creation of self.

Something odd is happening on this thread!

I'm needing more understanding of where you are coming from, to be able to see how best to proceed.

Please can you write 4 or 5 sentences about yourself (if a friend was to describe you, what might they say?)

Right at the beginning I asked for a paragraph about how you came to want to do this inquiry - you only wrote one sentence about being inspired by your friend doing it, which didn't tell me much at all! Please write a paragraph as requested, about the process that has led to this point, not necessarily just recently (there may be seeds earlier in your life).

Can you also please tell me something about what your expectations are - how might you / things be different as a result of doing this inquiry?

x H
