Hi Paulo,
Ok – I looked again. So there is just experience moving - and in between it there is nothing. At the place where the “I” is supposed to be – there is nothing at all – just nothing. Ok – I saw that – for a tiny brief second; the exact thought that followed was: “but that would be silly though… very very silly…” Now the experience of “I” is less certain. Need to keep looking. ‘You’ still seem very solid. ‘You’ – is that just a label too? Just another idea – like ‘I’?? Superimposed on experience? Maybe I don’t know what other people are, but certainly – they are not a ‘you’ – because that is just a word. Not there yet… I will keep looking.
Thank you!
Erah

Hi Erah,
Paulo.
Yes indeed, there is just experience, nothing else.So there is just experience moving
What are others in Direct Experience?‘You’ still seem very solid. ‘You’ – is that just a label too? Just another idea – like ‘I’?? Superimposed on experience? Maybe I don’t know what other people are, but certainly – they are not a ‘you’ – because that is just a word.

Thank you for your questions :)
The place to be is where “I” am at. And where is that? That’s here… And where is ‘here’? ‘Here’ is just a word - where is it in direct experience? In direct experience ‘here’ means…. ’Here’ doesn’t end - it just expends on… Here and there are not really divided. Does ‘here’ start somewhere? Not sure… Who is here? Who is aware of this undivided and endless ‘here’? Not sure… Is there a person here to whom this 'here' belongs? In a way - I am this 'here' - there is no separation between 'here' and what I am.Where is there to be?
Not sure yet… I spent the entire day with another person, and looked - only thing to say right now from my observation is that when "I" am not there - others are full of life...What are others in Direct Experience?
Best!

Re: Ready for a guide
Hi Paulo,
Here's my daily post :)
Investigating the 'I' more today - here's a brief observation that came up: 'I' am a process - a movement of experiences. I am not any one of these experiences, but also 'not them'. I am just this whole movement - at least so it seemed from one brief moment of observation.
I also looked more into the experience of 'self' and 'others.' A song was playing - it seemed to be 'outside of me', but looking for the listener - listening was everywhere - unconfined/un-contained.
Just my observations from today :).
Best,
Erah

Re: Ready for a guide
All we do here is look at direct experience and see what IS in reality around the idea of a separate self. Investigating the 'I' presumes that there is an 'I' to investigate before that investigation has even begun. Reality is as you find it.Investigating the 'I' more today
Your postings are simply not addressing the questions at hand Erah, so I'm going to suggest you take a break for a little while and allow the work that's been done to settle a little.
Feel free to request another guide on the forum when you return, but I do recommend you take a break, and wish you all the best.
Paulo.
