Re: Thread for Monja Gitana
OK,no probs, see you back here tomorrow then.
It's also OK about you not getting back yesterday either. I had meant to say get back if you can, but the 'if you can' bit did not get typed!

Re: Thread for Monja Gitana
Face hot and tense, contraction in stomach. Feeling an itch on my leg and thought it must be because the cat probably has fleas. Noted the thought but left it at that didn't proliferate. Like watching a movie. Awareness of unpleasant bodily sensations and thoughts but not drowning in them. At the ...

Re: Thread for Monja Gitana
Mad biker just logging in from Gita's machine:
How are 'things'?
I suppose you might be a bit keyed-up in pre travel mode but that in itself can be really good conditions for Insight to arise (i.e. just WHO is getting keyed-up in travel mode? etc)
What time do you leave on Monday?
How are you ...

Re: Thread for Gita
Hi T
I am still heading rather slowly towards bed so thanks for the swift response. No, there is no remaining belief they are being done by 'me'. Its very different. And the 'not got it' thoughts are not in the least surprising and yes, clearly a story.

Re: Thread for Gita
Thanks T and apologies for taking a while to respond - very full day
Could you say a bit more about this – was it that there was a perception of a ‘boundary’ so to speak from his side, but not from yours, or was there a perception of a boundary between ‘you’ and ‘him’?
The reason this struck me ...

Re: Thread for Gita
Hi T
It was very enjoyable engaging with the questions last night and I then slept on it before posting my responses just now but realise that because I cut and pasted from Word I did not open or sign off.
I know you will come back to me with any further questions as needed. Despite its brevity ...

Re: Thread for Gita
1) Is there a 'me', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever? How about self, is there anything that is separate from everything else?
No, there is no ‘me’ or ‘self’ and there never was. It is the realisation that there never was that is somehow particularly bemusing and has me ...

Re: Thread for Gita
Late night for you too I see. Thank you.
You're not looking for a 'state' that you're in contact with all the time. It is a knowing that is always available when 'looked for'.
Yes, that is a clear way to express it, thanks
Notice that the mind has ideas of what 'liberation' ought to look like ...

Re: Thread for Gita
Thank you T, just got your response
I don't actually feel any doubt. Slight bemusement and very happy to explore this further with you given how ridiculously quick its all been and not much of a thread even. I was looking forward to engaging with you rather more in this process so that was a bit of ...

Re: Thread for Gita
Good morning T
OK, I have had a chance to read your reply better now.
Look at the process involved in writing something – it could just be responding to this. What happens, what precedes the appearance of words on paper / screen? Try to be as clear as possible – does the end result of writing ...

Re: Thread for Gita
By the way, that statement you started with - now completely blindlingly obvious, there is quite simply no-one home. It seems extraordinary and weird to have ever believed there was. And the concept of any loss or lack as a result feels irrelevant. This is both marvellous and completely ordinary ...
