Re: Seeking a guide

Hi Mariquita,

Thank you for your clear and straight answers.
At this point, this dialogue is over. Other dialogues may start in other forums, as the realisation unfolds. To this end, you will be contacted by the Liberation Admin people offering access to the 'LU Aftercare'. There are also groups on ...

Re: Seeking a guide

Hi Mariquita,

The object of sight/hearing/touch/smell or taste is in awareness...
The mind is not in a location. It is unlocatable... Any reason why 'objects of mind', aka thoughts, aren't 'in awareness' too?
And, where is this 'awareness'? Can it be located?

That was a tension; a frustration ...

Re: Seeking a guide

Hi Mariquita,

Still not with regular internet access, so replies may be sporadic for now. No worries. :-)

There is no 'real' shape. It is made up of felt sensations...
...Then as the body and mind relaxed, the music was everywhere... Exactly: just sensations, no boundary. And that is observable ...

Re: Seeking a guide

Hi Mariquita,

Take all the time you need.
Just remember: take time to observe these ' feeling increasing frustration, wanting to break through, feeling... ', to see their nature.
It's not about me and my questions: it's about looking at experience, as it happens. :-)

You're doing very well.

All ...

Re: Seeking a guide

Hi Mariquita,

Nothing makes now more real than dreaming... Exactly: nothing. All the 'reasons' we elaborate about dreams being less real than ' waking life/reality ' simply crumble upon closer observation.
However, within the context of that ' waking life/reality ' , how important are the actions ...

Re: Seeking a guide

Hi Mariquita,

...Do they all appear as crisp and vibrant as they did when first experienced? No, they really don't. I've been noticing that with all the senses, not just sight, that so much gets lost- not even fully experienced... I assume the 'No' in the response refers to what is quoted (...Do ...

Re: Seeking a guide

Hi Mariquita,

No, it doesn't seem so, they all seem to have resolved themselves. Great. :-)

So after looking, the only difference I found is that the quality of sensation is deeper in waking life; objects appear crisper visually, writing is readable, there is continuity of time. Hmm. And do ...

Re: Seeking a guide

Hi Mariquita,

...Sometimes a sense of a 'me' starts getting involved and wrapped up in her storyline but looking at the circumstances this happens in and the content, it's only habitual patterns, schemas and lines. When awareness of that comes into play, it drops away and looks silly. Then I smile ...

Re: Seeking a guide

Hi Mariquita,

Thanks for the long post, and for the honesty. Great working material!

Now my turn to be honest. Everything in your post comes down to this:
1. Is seeing the delusion of the fixed separate entity of 'I, me, mine', a new belief?
Or,
2. Is it a deep unshakable realisation, which at ...

Re: Seeking a guide

Hi Mariquita,

Looking more closely, 'Fear' can't be found 'in' any one of the sensations or thoughts. There's an association; a sensation felt and then the thought 'fear'... Spot on! Really well observed.
So concepts such as fear, hunger, happiness or tiredness can't be found. Indeed, ' they ' don ...

Re: Seeking a guide

Hi Mariquita,

In Direct Experience, the fear was made up of sensations and thoughts... OK, physical sensations and thoughts.
And looking at the sensations, looking at the thoughts, in direct experience, can ' fear ' be found in any one of them? Does one particular sensation, or thought, stand out ...

Re: Seeking a guide

Hi Mariquita,

Apologies for the delay in reply, the server was down over the weekend so I waited to post. No problems, better wait in these cases: posts can easily get lost.

In Direct Experience, the fear dissipates. There's nothing that it holds onto... Very well observed, thanks.
Now ...

Re: Seeking a guide

Hi Mariquita,

In the vain of being open and honest with you in this process, ... Fear often arises in the course of these dialogues. In a way it means that 'something' is moving. :-)
A suggestion is to look at this fear in very much same way as observing that mug on the table, or the music being ...
