their are lot of beliefs hankering in my head,coming and showing itself every now and then.their is a belief "i had to do a lot of things ,kick my head on the wall and almost everything to get liberated" this belief is fucking my head.night i had some insights that's how stupid or more rightly ...

thoughts appear one after the other ..and at the starting out of nowhere.our body composisting of different composition function independantly and interconnectedly both together ..like there is something creating thoughts,something creating emotions ,something watches this happening...yeah its true ...

i see fear which withstands on the view that we will die.All fears are from fear of death or more appropriately fear of no presence...just nothng and nothing in any sense i thing thats the fear.
