When I get through stuck feelings and can let go of stressful thoughts this love and peace comes. Hm the world still appears real. Thoughts are then more far away from "me" and the deeper this state is the more they feel like an illusion. But the world seems to be real.:)

Hm but I dont know if it helps with this inner state. This state is not bad its just very neutral.
To do something on the outside- this also includes for me creating thoughts- makes me happy but this is not the state I mean... i mean bliss or love that comes from within ...

It wants more. More inner movement like intense love or joy. When I now concentrate on my inner energy it feels so "neutral, so motionless, still". When i judge it i wouldnt say that that is a feeling of happyness or bliss. But that is what "I" want.
