Training, learning a practical tool to take the intellectual acceptance of the fact that there is no self to an experience, to be able to prove it, see it, observe it! To be able to maintain it on day to day life experiences and encounters.

What will be different
?
Real life experience, life movement would be much lighter, a free mind, minimal or maybe no concerns and worries , a life that is joyful and with sense of freedom
