Hi Tyler,
it's like a sine wave here. Calm then frustration. I can't completely see through this.
Looking into DE I cannot find a me. When I really investigate it, all I can say about "I" is that it's just a habit of thought!
But it's either a very strong habit or I haven't really seen through it ...

Re: idontknow
Hi Tyler,
after our talk, though disrupted there was some shift.
First of all, I finally got your earlier questions🙄😂
Only now I got (I hope) what you meant by questioning the body or eyes (how do you know you have eyes, what is a body? Is there a lemon?).
In DE there’s no body (a label), no ...

Re: idontknow
There is nothing wrong with now or this.
It’s just stopping and seeing all this struggle and effort, I’m not sure what’s crying- it’s like letting go of things in this now, in this moment of stopping. There’s pity for me that struggles, that is tense and trying hard. I’m feeling sorrow but am not ...

Re: idontknow
Your comment somehow makes me cry. I don’t fully understand why. I guess I feel hopeless, I cry for this little one that fights and kicks so much, there’s also some grief or sorrow that comes with seeing there’s only now.
What is there other than now?
Now is just peaceful. I can see that there ...

When it felt close, how hard were you trying? How intensely were you analysing and trying to figure things out?
I was definitely more focused on the practice, and less tired.
Not so much trying maybe but just sitting, looking, not falling asleep.

Hi, thank tou for writing. It’s kind of tough here. I was about to write to you.
There was a lot going on life-wise, and meditation was difficult - lots of thoughts, and tiredness. I almost immediately fell asleep or gave into stream of thoughts.
After your last comments about objects - are they ...

Hey :)
Just to let you know what’s going on - maybe you’d like to comment on that.
I’m sitting anytime I can with the question tou gave me- eyes opened, eyes closed.
At first, I was just seeing objects but then sth shifted and I felt, more then saw, something that holds everything I see together ...

Hi! Ok I'm going to take my time and relax a bit :)
I had an aha moment late in the evening though. I was watching Ilona going through some inquiry questions with someone, and she asked a question if sensations are internal or external. They felt internal, but then all I saw felt external. I was ...

Hi Tyler!
OMG, you are quick! :) Thank you :)
I must admit that these visual exercises are really tricky for me...There's a lot of frustration. A lot of "I will never get it".
Investigate that sense of "things staying in place" while you're moving your head. Is that more than just thought?
It ...

LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
That there is no person/ entity doing things. Things just happen in a free flow. There is no one in control of what is happening in life. Just the trick of the mind that is an overlay on the ...
