other than the belief that there ever was a me will be gone.

Yes. The frustration is saying there must be something wrong with me because
I haven't been able to realize that all is one. It also says if I'm not REALLY here
then life is causing this body to suffer by withholding this realization. Then
there is anger at life.

There is no fear or relief, because doubt would preclude all those sensations.
I suppose there is some frustration because life isn't experienced the way
you describe. I can accept there is no separate self. It just feels that way.

The arms and legs can fall off. But not the head or torso.
There is a thinking "I" in the head. And a feeling "I" in the
chest and stomach.

I can equate the self to this body. Since I don't have sensations from other bodies, I can say that the self is a shape, some sensations, a particular color, etc. And I can add to that a controlling mechanism which drives this body to perform actions in its self-interest. You are right. There are just feelings and sensations. And then a labeling of the feelings which comes
in the form of language. Even that labeling language can be seen as just a happening up
until a point. But eventually a strongly painful emotion arises. Usually anger or depression or despair ...
