Question 1: Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in ...

Question: How is attention put to thoughts to dissipate them? Who is in charge of that?

It's through the removal of self, its absence lets the thoughts dissipate. No-one is in charge of that - it's the relinquishing of the self.

Question: Do you have any doubts seeing the illusion of self has happened? Talk about that.

I feel a sense of calm and comfort. When I check for doubts, nothing arises. There is still labelling going on, and thoughts that relate to the self, I suppose, but they seem much less strong than before ...

Question1: Who harnesses the thoughts?
