Excellent. That's good.

We have some final checkpoint questions that other guides will read and they may have questions for you.

Are you ready to answer those?

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?

5) Describe decision & give examples from experience.

Describe intention & give examples from experience.

Describe free will & give examples from experience.

Describe choice & give examples from experience.

Describe control & give examples from experience.

What makes things happen? How does it work?

What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.

6) Anything to add?

Loving,
~ Stacy

Yes!
1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
No, any idea of a separate self is and always was just that, an idea, a thought.
2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.
From my experience the illusion of a separate self is a thought or chain of thoughts that arises and splits experience into "parts". When these thoughts become identified with then the illusion of a seperate self appears.

Right now I can say there is a "me" sitting on something called a "chair". But, "me" and "chair" and whatever else is happening is just thoughts appearing along with sensations and colors.
3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
Seeing this directly feels open and spacious. All experience is allowed to come and go freely and there is nothing or no one to hold onto experience.
Before this dialogue, even though there had been some realization of no self, I was becoming trapped in trying to get rid of the self. It wasn't fully clear to me until this dialogue that the self never existed in the first place. It was mostly intellectual. After the last couple days I learned to trust my experience. There is no self, and I can see it whenever. All I need to do is look.

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?[/quote]

After working with direct experience, it was apparent to me that the only thing stopping me from fully accepting that there was no self to be found, was simply a thought of something to seek. Once that was noticed, it dropped away.
5) Describe decision & give examples from experience
Decision is a thought. I could say "I decided to sit on this chair" but no decider is present. Just the thought to sit on a chair.
Describe intention & give examples from experience
Intention is also a thought. A thought that is geared towards an aim or goal. My intention at this moment is to convey my experience clearly, but that is a thought.
Describe free will & give examples from experience.
Free will is a thought. Right now there is no one seperate from all of this to act independently of it.
Describe choice & give examples from experience.
Choice is a thought of this or that. No one apart from the experience to "choose".
Describe control & give examples from experience.
Control is the thought of a seperate me that can influence or change experience. In this moment there is no one apart from it to control the experience.
What makes things happen? How does it work?
Nothing makes things happen. They happen on their own. Merely appearing.
What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
There is no "me" to be responsible for anything. In the realm of concepts "I" can own my actions and take responsibility, but there is no "me" apart from the direct experience.
6) Anything to add?
Nothing to add except, thank you.

No one had any questions so our conversation here is complete. You'll receive some information about joining the Facebook group. There are various teleconference support groops if you want to chat with like-minded people.

Much love,
