Hi,

I had been doing the anxiety pointer much of today. And reviewed the socks pointer as well.

I attended Vince’s group on zoom today and discussed with him where I was and we went through the cup exercise and another participant walked through the Apple exercise.

Vince suggested I ask you for the final questions and that we go from there.

In reading the list of question right now, it seems I have not experienced anything that pushed me over. It feels conceptual still. I see that there is no self controlling anything or making any decision. Life is just happening. Yesterday, I glanced at your message and the questions and since it didn't seem like I had the answers I started reading through The Awakening Curriculum course and I have been going through the lessons on there today as well. I just feel like I don't know. There's nothing missing and there isn't a need for anything to be different and there's a knowing that it's all happening now. I get that thoughts are impersonal and just fantasy, that the content of thoughts has no bearing on direct experience. I hope this message gives you a sense of where I am in this process so you know where to point me next. I plan to attend Vince's group tomorrow and open to more suggestions from you.
