LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
Actions and decisions are based on previous experiences and learned things rather than "me" making the calls. That humans work like animals with the instincts to survive etc

What are you looking for at LU?
To clear the system from all of unnecessary structures that makes life more complicated and directs the energy in to nuisance. To be free from "myself " and to enjoy to be part of all the existence..

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
To provide tools to clear out the the unneeded mesh of fake believes, patterns and routines. Well, the tool is by looking honestly but where to look. I've never been much of a analyse type of person, acting more impulsively. So to help me to concentrate on the project.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
Once I've been to Vipassana. It didn't work that well and the habit of meditating never sticked. Though I can and do meditate while swimming.
Done psychedelics in various places around Latin America. Seen and felt the oneness of all.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 10
