2)i having pain die to an accident. Painful emotion.

Experience mein iski evidence hai ki kuchh vichar aur feelings (pain, sadness, sweetness) sath saath aate hain. Experience mein is baat ki bhi evidence hai ki feelings sharir mein sensations ki tarah anubhav ki jaati hain. There are also preferences (for red roses) in experience.
Sharir in sab vicharon aur feelings, preferences, ke hone mein instrumental hai, iski indirect evidence science mein hai. Direct experience mein yah prove nahi kar sakte ki sharir thoughts, sensations, emotions ko produce karta hai, kyonki direct experience mein sharir khud sensations, sights, sounds, smells, thoughts aur imagination ke roop mein experience kiya jata hai. Yah sab aik doosare ko produce nahi karte. For example sar mein jo sensations hain vo feel hote hain, par sar ke sensations thoughts ko produce nahi karte etc.
Yeh bhi evidence experience mein hai ya science mein hai ki sans chalti hai sharir mein apne aap, khoon ka sanchaar hota hai apne aap, karonron cells roz marate hain aur naye banate hai, atom aur molecule (khana/hava/paani) andar aur baahar aate hain sharir ke, digestion hota hai, kidneys kaam karti hain, informations (thoughts, sounds, light, taste, smell) sharir aur uske envioronment mein exchange hoti hai. Those are only interpretations in the form of thought, one set written with an "I" word or "Pawan" and the other without the word "I" etc. When the word "I" is not used, does it change the actual experience? Does the actual experience need the "I" word to happen? Language is a tool to communicate. Language does not create the experience. Language appears as part of experience as thoughts, words.1)i am very happy today this a thought origin is from this pawan. - There is happiness today this is a thought happening in this universe(or one movement, or totality, or vartaman, or any other word that is chosen - word does not change the experience) today.

Aaj kuch ajeeb sa laga instead of pawan ...Spiderman is doing all the work.it seems to me that i am standing. In a corner and aur dekh raha hu jo pawan sab kar raha hai...mera swal yeh hai shayed mai galat hu
1) yeh body apne aap sab kuch kar rahi hai..as if pawan is a robot..
2) what about five senses....jaise ki mai saans (breath) khud ke raha hu...like a machine .can i do it knowingly
3)i always start chasing thoughts...then start Bilding Puzzle..i mean what happen in the past or afraid about Future...how can i stop it.

Hi Pawan,
Not just body but thinking, breathing, knowing is all happening on automatic. Is there a Pawan standing in a corner watching it? Is there a person getting all the senses? Or are the senses appearing to no one? If there is a stopping of breath after a thought “stop the breath” that is also without a doer. Is there any ownership in what is happening? Is there a knower of breath? Or just that breath is known at times. Is there a builder of thought puzzles? Or just the thought puzzles getting built? Is there some person that wants to stop it? Or is that wanting coming on its own to no one? Answer all the questions separately from present experience, not from memory. See what happens.
Regarding the question of suffering, being afraid, etc. For a few minutes, several times a day, try this exercise: Use a thought filter, if there is a thought of which you are not 100% sure that it is true, stop following it. If a thought is not 100% true, drop that line of thought. Don’t try to do it all day long, as work needs thinking and it is not practical to do so. But try is when there is worrying or fear or when there is free time. What is noticed?
Another thing that can be tried is to not label a feeling as good or bad, pleasant or unpleasant for a few minutes. What is noticed? Is any feeling by itself good or bad?

Direct experience is the raw experience - colors, sounds, tastes, smells, sensations. It is the level of experience of cats, dogs and babies. Then there are thoughts.Thoughts put labels, concepts onto raw experience. A thought or concept or label is never the actual. Some thoughts point to raw experience. Some point to other thoughts. This is the area of make belief. A thought about another thought. "I" is such a thought. It points to other thoughts, concepts and mental images. "I" does not point to anything in raw experience. Look for what "I" points to. It points only to other thoughts, concepts. Memory is thought.
