LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
The self or I can not be found of located. There is only awareness. But that seems to be attached to my body and mind. I can not leave that place. So the impression of an I is very strong. And our language is all about I.
I believe that there is no I, but it is not my experience.

What are you looking for at LU?
I hope to make the jump or shift and realize that there is no zelf. If someone can guide me to reach that , that would be great. I believe this to be very important through I dont know why. It might change my live.

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I really have no Idea. Maybe the guide Will show me where I mislead myself and show me a way out of the I.
I expect that the guides have much experience with people that are stuck like me and can push me over the edge.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I was a sannyasin of Osho, and listened to many masters after him. Mostly advaita. I meditate, follow Byron Katie, was an Avatar master.
