LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
I can immagine that there Is an another way to see and to perceive life. Beyond my thoughts and emotion. But for truly realize that, I need to forget about myself to gain experience of pure consciousness
What are you looking for at LU?
A real awakening. Some years ago I got really fascinated about spiritual awakening reading a book that you probably know, "The Power of Now" by Eckart Tolle. I'm kinda tired honestly guys, I really tried my best in the last years without a guide. I just want the Truth that's why i'm here.
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
Method, exercises, comparison. I really need to talk with someone that Just overcome his/her thoughts and understood who he/her really Is.
I can't do this all by myself, guidance Is the only one way, I can't wait to talk him/her
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
Oh well, I practice trascendental meditation and mindfulness meditation. I tried also to be focused on the observer of the thoughts without results, you guys say that I have to be 100% honest so I'm going to be. I realized anything in the last years of reading and practice.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 9
