LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
I do understand that the me is an illusion that we have convinced ourselves that it is real
What are you looking for at LU?
Get guidance to true seeing that there is no me.I have read a number of books that point to the no-self, I understand it intellectually but I havent had the realization and my goal is to follow the guide's hints or suggestion to see that there is a no me.
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I have tried to see if there is a me, I understand it intellectually. I also have kind of been able to see that there is no me but not sure if that was it. I would like guided questions/hints that I will look into and realize that there is no me
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I have meditated for a few years, read a number of books which I deem to have helped in my understanding and I have been inquiring into the no-self
