What can or can not be proven

LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
The "self" per say, can not be found, yet we experience all that happens, internally and externally, from as far back as I / we can remember. Where the passed is stored, can not be found or located, yet it can be "recreated / remembered" in the "fleeting present". Our / my world is just s a construct of "concepts" that have no findable solidity.
What are you looking for at LU?
To experience, the "phenomena" of this "selflessness". In theory, it can be broken down to see, logically, that the "self" can not be located. Yet the "awareness" of everyday life seems to be happening. Who / what is "experiencing" these "happenings" ?
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
Can not say. Don't know. As I /no one knows the future, what could or would be an appropriate answer ? Expectations are already limiters, which prevent new experiences. Whatever experiences I / we have are just "fleeting" and going by. Never repeating themselves.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I've spent some years in Tibetan Buddhist Retreats. At one time, after along meditation, I experienced not an "out of body" but a "NO BODY" Awareness, reference-less, openness presence. In that moment, it was clear that, there never was a self, is presently no self and never will be a self. The Universe is "JUST AWARENESS". All what I / we experience are learned and taught concepts. Just a "fleeting film", going by all appearing phenomena is like "holograms"
Moving, interacting, doing, but no "SELF" being present.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 11
