LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
The me ... heaviness, a cage...
Scared to see there is no one. Can't say why, but need to look. Know it is unfomfortable and lovely at the same time... Feeling very lonely with this, but somehow it doesn't really matter. Sick of nonduality sentences I "need" to remember....xD
What are you looking for at LU?
A kind of understanding, someone who will "challenge" me more than I can do, because I don't want to die xD. I'm looking for someone who doesn't say I'm crazy, someone who "belives" it is possible....
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
SPACE a lot of space... I can't really describe what I mean by this....Someone I can trust and share my sadness and hate. No judging. Someone honest who is "just there" ...maybe holds my hand a bit:))
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I kinda always tried to find "something more" tried to find a nice state of beeing...But never really extreme spiritual. A year ago I read Ekhart Tolle's book The power of now. But still felt this boundries and "I have to" " I should".... Then somehow heard about nonduality...Andres Müller and Tony...
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 11
