LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
I guess we are trapped in patterns that we created among our lives. And I really want to be free of that feeling by myself that illusionary character of the self as an individual.
What are you looking for at LU?
Some kind of pointer that I still have not found. I am trying to live by my beliefs but I am not suceeding on that. I am looking for some kind of understanding or explanation that can help me to clear my lack of clarity.
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
Nothing beyond share my process with people that thinks the same. I am seeking alone for a long time. I cannot talk with my wife neither with my family because everyone beliefs that it is a great insanity think in oneness.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I have been studying religions and philosophy for more than 10 years. I found myself in non duality studies. I like Advaita Vedanta and his representants. I also medidate daily for more than 3 years. Almost all of the time meditating about self inquiry.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 10
