From understanding to seeing

LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
That ''self'' is just a thought or a combination of thoughts. Seeing that there is no self, means going from understanding that intellectually to actually experiencing it. This starts the disentanglement of a whole bunch of false beliefs that create a lot of pressure and suffering.
What are you looking for at LU?
I'm looking for a person who could help me get from mentally understanding the illusion of self to actually experiencing it in my day to day life. I would like to know the techniques, inquiries and exercises (or anything else) that could give me the direction on how to move forward.
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
Advice, pointers, techniques, exercises - anything that could guide me on what i need to do to bring my mental understanding to actually experiencing it. I feel very stuck on how to proceed. So i will take any help i can get.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I have read a lot of books, meditated, took psychedelics, went on vipassana retreats. Been exploring the spiritual world for years.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self?
