LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
That many of us live our lives with the voice in the head. We think we are our minds. In fact we are mind-made entities which do not really exist.
What are you looking for at LU?
A better understanding of the "no-self" concept. I have listened to the Liberation Unleashed quotes on YouTube many time. I would like help to understand these more. Some of the concepts are difficult to understand at first.
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
Help to understand life's meaning and purpose outside of the 10,000 things of the form world. Some help in answering questions I many have about areas I am struggling to understand. I expect the conversations to help me realise the meaning.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I have been meditating for many years. I have attended the 10 day Vipasanna meditation course. I have read extensively in the area.
