LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
I am not the body. I am not the thoughts. The senses are non dual and thoughts overlay the sensory experiences by commenting on the sensory experiences. There is no separate me having a separate experience. We usually take ourselves to be thoughts, but thoughts cannot see, taste, touch or hear.

What are you looking for at LU?
I am looking for guidance and clarification about dropping the me or realizing clearly that there never was a me to begin with. It always was just happening. Direct pointing towards my true nature will be humbly appreciated.

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I am diving into it without expectations. I think through conversations the guide can assist me to clarify certain blind spots or fixations I may have. I feel like I understand this intellectually but it is not my direct experience yet. Direct pointing with a guide can facilitate transmission.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I have been meditating for over a decade. I came across non duality about a year ago. I have read a few books on the subject. I have watched countless videos on YouTube about non duality. I have done self inquiry.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 11

Hello Micky, is that what you'd like to be called? My name is Nic, welcome to Liberation Unleashed. I read your answers to the above questions and I'd be happy to help from here. I really enjoy your expression of diving into this with no expectations, that will really ease the process of inquiry! Expectations of how things should be just get in the way.

First off I have a few questions:

1. How will life change after seeing that there is no inherent self?
2. How will you change?
3. What will be different?
4. What is missing now?

I look forward to hearing from you!

Warmly, Nic
