LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this? I understand no self means there is only consciousness.
There is no separate person,no separate self.
There is only nothing being everything.
Nothing ,no one separate from the totality.

What are you looking for at LU?
I like to be more clear about who I really am and remove constant doubts and not trusting myself.
I do have an awakening of mind,meaning,I know who I am beyond the mind,but not awake to oneness or to No self.
I have been on path for 40 years.i have been committed to know the truth for all this time.
I want to wake up to non separation and to no self.
I want to be free of who I think I am and to realize my true nature.

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I expect the guide will show me where I am stuck.what believes I still have and I am not aware off.
I like to be shown my shadows and my misenderstanding.
I expect a guide will help me to see what I do not see.
I would love to have Todd Lent as my guide.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I do practice all day watching my mind and whatever arises.
Who am I is always my question.
I practice repeating mantra and I keep coming back and resting as awareness.
I have been practicing for 20 years resting as I Am. Resting in the sense I am.
I also have been teaching for 23 years how to recognize who one is beyond the mind and how to live from that place.
I also have been watching non duality videos.

All those practices have been very helpful and they been connecting me deeper to that place.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 10
