LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
Full recognition that there is no "I" doing anything in experience, that things are just happening in non-dual awareness
What are you looking for at LU?
While with some effort I can get into a non-dual state, I want to make this state permanent so I no longer get distracted or lost in thought, stop creating more habitual patterns and stop having "I" thoughts all together.
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
guide to see patterns and beliefs that I am not aware of, see mistakes I am making in my search and and clear up any confusion that I may still have. Help with resting indefinitely in a state of abiding non-dual awareness.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
followed jed mckennas spiritual autolysis, being praticing Ramana Maharshi self inquiry for years, read through the gateless gate crushers and been praticing contemplations since then.

Hi! I'm Elad, I'm a guide here. Most if not all guides in LU, just like practically all (if not all) guides in the world still have "I thoughts", and still get distracted and lost in thought. They just have the capacity to see directly and clearly that not of that is a real separate self or is in control. What we can do, if you wish, is look if the seeing through the separate self/doer is fully clear, would you like that?
