LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
The true inherent nature of all beings - the primordial state - is free from all limitations and conditioning. From this absolute point there is no self, it is just illusion.
What are you looking for at LU?
I am looking for sangha - community of people sharing the same Way.
Also for inspiration, texts, videos or maybe also retreats to practice together. Also I would like to learn the Direct Pointing method.
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I would like to learn the Direct Pointing method, I wonder if it is the same as self inquiry in Advaita or some practices in Dzogchen. Also I am looking for Inspiration, sharing. I would also appreciate to have a guide, it sounds Wonderfull!
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I am student of Dzogchen and Advaita.
I have experiences of the Primordial state (non-dual state), I am aware it is our true existence and I would like to relax into it more and "live" it continually.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 11
