Who or what am I really?

LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this? The "self" is an artificially created thought construct that began to develop very early in childhood. Behaviors, conditioning, patterns... emerged or were made their own. Today, this has become the most normal thing in the world.
What are you looking for at LU? I am looking for a certain clarity in life that is free of concepts and does not rely on belief in anything.
For an inner realization of life, of being, which is always present without intellectual contortions or dogmas.
What do you expect from a guided conversation? Expecting is not really the right word, but I really hope to get help to recognize who or what "I" really am.
I want to recognize what is true and what is illusion in life/here, to be what "I" really am.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry? I have been involved in meditation, dreaming and examining patterns and conditioning in my own life for over 20 years. About 2 years ago I came across the topics of nonduality and "I"-illusion and have been watching, listening and reading a lot about them ever since.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 11
