LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
Intellectual understand there’s no self. Never see no self directly . According many saints such as Papaji, Maharashi, Tony Parsons, Mooji, Zen, Robert Adam, Nisargadatta,J Krishnamurti,Gangaji, etc, there’s no self. Yet I still have not achieved.
What are you looking for at LU?
Heard from Ms Luchana that she achieved through LU forums. Since I have tried many methods, watched many video, read many spiritual articles ,many quotes. Still same as before. Maybe through guiding from LU, I can have a clear seeing of no self, see through the story.
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
Through conversation that I can understand and follow ,guiding me to discover my obstacles ,the problem I face. Maybe the guide can provides some exercise for me to practice . But I have heard from Tony that there’s no path or method to follow
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
Practice “ask myself who am I?”, practice looking at the thoughts in my head, practice focus “I am”, in fact I don’t know where to focus
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self?
