LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
I understand the self is an illusion (like a snake superimposed to a rope)
What are you looking for at LU?

Espero "insights" & "methods"
Jamás he tenido una conversación guiada con ningún "guía" ó "maestro" o "Gurú"
Pero pienso que ha llegado el momento de dejar de leer y de experimentar que no soy yo el que ve, que no soy yo el que oye, que no soy yo el que piensa...
