LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
confused on all the teachings I have encountered. awareness watching awareness; consciousness, etc. i understand intellectually from Ilona and Tony Parsons that the self is illusionary but no seeing.
What are you looking for at LU?
How awareness and consciousness teachings come in to play, or if they do. help in understanding & letting go of some confusion. chatting re letting go of blocks - letting go of false beliefs and deconstructing belief systems
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
No real expectation - Just very appreciative to chat and be guided in releasing all of the stuff I have accumulated with teachings regarding being spiritual, ‘fixing myself”; etc. Guidance in direct method much appreciated.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
Meditation, contemplation, gratitude, forgiveness, positive pyschology, various awakening courses. Louise Hay, A Course in Miracles, Eckhart Tolle, Mooji, Ramana, Papaji, Nisargadatta, Rupert Spira, Francis Lucille. more recently - Ilona, Tony Parsons, Jim Newman
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self?
