LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
Is guiding humans to see through the illusion of the I (self) being seen as REAL until the illusion is recognized once and for all. I can't find the self in me, so no me but l'm not putted to test.

What are you looking for at LU?
The symplicity of the fresh perception and the certainty that has been seen. Stop once and for all the seeker addition that wastes time even in the most irresponsible ways. The house is on fire but the seeker keeps the search, forgetting life happening at the now. +

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
Sorry for no must to say. Just the pop up and seeing the truth from myself undoubtly. I expect be challenged but l read so much times your app that l know intellectually what is said but l'm waiting from direct observation with the guide conversation.

We will have a conversation and our efforts will focus on seeing that there is no self. I will ask questions. It will be for you to look at these. As you bring some attention to the questions it will help your inquiry. I will not be trying to teach you or give you beliefs but challenging some of those currently held.

Try to post at least once a day and I will aim to do this too? This will help your inquiry. Please put aside all spiritual or philosophical books or DVDs whilst we are investigating together. If you meditate it is OK to continue with this.

Now spend a few moments looking at your expectations. Of what you expect from this process? Write down all expectations. Even the smallest ones or ones that seem almost silly. It's important to see these, at the beginning.

I have read many times the app were expectations are exposed. So, the reason for a fast and concrete answer in a few moments. Everything basicly will stay the same and a very obvious and difficult to realize truth will be revealed.
I hope l'm not going to fast. I know this website for many years. I don't know if it will facilitate but that is 100% true.

But is there an entity anywhere that 'exists"? That is not a fiction?

If there is an illusion of' self' how is this experienced?

Does a self 'think'?

Does a self inhabit a body?

It is experienced as a distorcion through the l thought that creates illusion about pure awareness. This implies a Source of thoughts, right?
Self cannot think, only make interpetations.
The self has no home. There's nobody there. Only Home.

That's why the constant internal catering in the mind.

OK. Could you give me an example of how illusion about piure awareness is created? From experience? What sort of thoughts create this illusion? How does it work?

Would you agree that thoughts appear and are around for a, while before seeming to disappear, or are replaced by new thoughts.

Take a look to find out if a source of thoughts can be found?

It is the control made by the separate me or l.
Thoughts of fear and anxiety.
I agree about
you said about thoughts.
There is no Source. There is the arising and ending and the next thought.
Interpetation is the story beeing made up by the me.
