LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
That we live an ilusion and LU helps us to see the truth.
What are you looking for at LU?
Looking for a guide that could help me to see clearly that there’s no self and it’s all an illusion. That’s all that seens to matter for me now. I realized I had been distracting myself with a lot of spiritual concepts such as new age, buddism, esoterism etc, but for the moment I’m leaving all that behind and want to focus on question my beliefs.
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
Questions that will help me see my false believes that is preventing me from seeing the truth. False belifs that I can’t see at the moment or can see but cannot really embody that. I think a guide could identify that and really question me what’s really important.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I have been seeking for the last 2 years by reading a lot of books, meditating and doing yoga.
Recently I have read Jed Mckenna’s book and that completely changed my focus, and that’s how I found this website.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 10
