Thank you for Guiding me

LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
I do understand (by mind) that there is no self..
I probably knew this at birth and during child age..(i see this with my own kids).
I feel it during moments of Flow/Noself/Meditation/Sport/Sex/Substances etc.
I feel i understand it more every year, bit its a very slow process...(another) I need a more direct teaching/experience
What are you looking for at LU?
I need guidance (guru is a big word ;-). Look for tips, focus points, where to look? How to look?
Concentrate on what? Or maybe help out by giving (simple) assigments (like in school, i grew a bit older so maybe it's time again!).
I want a next step in the process, speed up the process if possible. I seem to link to the subject (it won't leave me alone for a couple of years and seemingly took me out of depressive episodes (wich are not there anymore).
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
To help out with practical tips, assigments. To have a conversation with my feedback. To answer all crazy questions and an open communication.
To be honest. and fair. to tell it like it is and point in a goos traightforward manner . I'm quit a practical guy who like sto look at things in perspective.
To somewhat challenge or bypass my egoism (which is not growing i think/hope ;-)
I want to practise more and read less...
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I do most of it (couple of years) on my own. Mediatation and knowlegde seeking (non duality books and podcasts). I talk so some friends lightly about the subject (which grabs me for some years now).
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self?
