First, I am not a ranting type... but who is me to be here?
Anyways, it happened half a year ago, in April, 2011. I was reading Jed McKenna and the Ruthless Truth forum back and forth and had this big pain of death. I said f+"k it, and it disappeared. Not immediately, it was weeks I guess. It was even weeks later when I realized what happened.

There is also the thing when you are liberated you begin to forget what the self was and how it was. All I can say it was only a dream and a virus in the mind. But wooosh! it just disappeared. It was like before I had these big pains when waking up in the morning but after one day it disappeared. Forever. I didn't became a special snowflake after that. Still have feelings, good and bad too, but they're not personal. They just flow in, flow out. Life became more efficient and MUCH more enjoyable.

Can you describe please how would you tell about no self to somebody who never heard of it before? what would you say?

The easiest way for me to describe is...

Self: thoughts first... action or presence second
No self: action or presence first... thoughts second

Come on CFR ... let's be a bit serious about it. Do you really expect us to confirm you on that? Would you confirm if you were me? Give us something to work with at least.

That's right it was not my words... but to answer Ilona's question, this is how I would say it the easiest.

No self means life just flows through you. You have no control. There is no you, to have control. It's easy to have a grasp on it intellectually, but how to actually realize it? That's the tricky part. I did not actually want it... it just happened when I thought too much about it. Maybe something similar has happened to Eckhart Tolle? I don't know.

First I felt a void in my head... but that disappeared. Not it's just the flow.

Could you respond in a detailed way to the following questions? Make it detailed, describe your own experience

1) Is there a you, at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form?
2) Explain in detail what the illusion of self is and how it works.
3) How does it feel to be liberated? What's the difference between before and after liberation? What made you see this, what was the final push for you?

Lessons learned:

Liberations and confirmations are more effective one on one compared to when more than one people bombard me with their different questions.
Liberations and confirmations are more convenient via Facebook, Skype, MSN or whatever chat than via a forum interface.

Forum is working just fine. It has it's purpose. Yes it's not as fast as Facebook, but it is what it needs to be. For more dynamic conversation there is Liberation Nation group, whatever works best.

(Unrelated) The ego and the self? It's only a lie. An illusion. A virus in the mind. A dream.

How and when did seeing happen for you?

CFR:
(Unrelated) But anyways, it happened with me in April, 2011. It happened like I had terrible pains in my head and woosh! It disappeared! Forever.

Wow. So what exactly happened? Or did you just woke up one morning and it wad gone?

CFR:
I didn't remember if it was a morning or an afternoon... Heck, after it it took me like two weeks to realize what happened... Then I went for a confirmation for you (if you remember) and also Steven Norquist (with whom I exchanged mails at the time)

What exactly happened? I had big head pains, like for example when watching AhabCapt's Jed McKenna videos on YouTube... but this pain disappeared forever!

Ilona:
So how did you notice that self was gone?

CFR:
Pain disappeared... I suddenly understood smart Steven Norquist... and how life goes on... It's not that I became a special snowflake or something... But it was a revelation for sure. Things just clicked.
I mean not all pain disappeared forever... but this very big pain.

Ilona:
Amazing. I read only a bit of Steven and looked that he got it.
So what's then? How did it feel, did your view change immediately or gradually? Carry on with the story please.

CFR:
I didn't read Steven's book either.

Yeah, of course it unfolded gradually! I mean it took two weeks from the pains to disappear to see what's happened... and go for the confirmation to you & to Steven.

To carry on with the story: it wasn't a big change for me as I've always been an outsider. Being interested in neuroscience now.

Ilona:
Ok, so can you answer me some basic questions:
Is there a you in any shape or form in reality? What is real?

CFR:
The I: as it is a virus... it might be real... if it's imagined, then it's not real. But who am I to know all this?

Consciousness is real which just flows through everything and every body (two words) as life.

Ps. which phone do U use so that you can type so well on it?

It's just a thought, not mine, not personal. just a thought which comes and goes.

Ilona:

so do you exist?

CFR:
Me not. Just truth and reality.
And never existed.

so how does life work, can you describe the best you can?

CFR:
Yeah! It's just a big play. The universe entertains itself. If you know what I mean...
Intelligent consciousness flows through everything... but there is no separation. All is one.

That there is no you or I. That's the only truth we need to know at this point.
